Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of the Indonesian original. If the two differ in interpretation, the Indonesian text prevails.

This policy explains how Wira Delta Indonesia ("we") handles your information when you open the wiradelta.com site, including the product pages on it, send a message through the contact form, join the Snapdown Pro waitlist, or email us. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

The applications we publish (Wira Desk, Snapdown, WorshipDeck) have their own privacy policies. What happens on your computer, and the update check requests those applications send to our server, are governed by each product's own policy, not by this page.

1. Contact Form and Email

The contact form is on the Studio page (/studio/ and /id/studio/). Your browser sends its contents over HTTPS to our own server at wiradelta.com. Our server turns them into one email, sends it through our email delivery service to our inbox at hello@wiradelta.com, and then discards the contents. Email sent to @wiradelta.com addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox at our email provider.

What is sent. The contents of the four form fields:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your organization or project name, if you fill it in
• The message you write

Along with these goes one hidden field that is always empty and filters out automated submissions. Your name and email address are written in the subject and body of that email, so that we can reply to your address directly.

What is still revealed even though you do not write it. Our server records your IP address, the time, and your browser identity in its access log, like every other request (§4), and uses that IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. If you email us directly, your email provider and ours see the usual email delivery data: sender address, recipient, time, and the servers it passed through.

What is not sent. The form does not carry cookies, your theme preference, the history of pages you opened, or any other data from your browser beyond what is listed above.

If you do not want to use the form. Email hello@wiradelta.com directly. The content is the same for us.

What it is used for. We use this data only to reply to your message, understand the needs you describe, and continue the conversation if you want to. The basis is the consent you give when you send the form or email, and your own request before any work agreement exists. We do not share this data with anyone other than the processors named on this page.

How long it is kept. Our server does not store the form contents; they exist only in the email it sends. Email is kept in our inbox, on our email provider's servers, until you ask for it to be deleted (§8). If the conversation leads to a work agreement, the correspondence that forms part of that agreement is kept for as long as the law requires.

2. Snapdown Pro Waitlist

The /snapdown/pro/ page has a button to join the Snapdown Pro waitlist. The waitlist is run by our own server at wiradelta.com, not by a third party.

What is sent. The email address you type.

What is still revealed even though you do not write it. Our server records your IP address, the time, and your browser identity in its access log, as it does for every other request (§4).

What is not sent. No name, no account, and no data from the Snapdown application on your computer.

If you do not want to join. Do not press the button. All of the site's content can still be read without joining.

What it is used for. We send news about Snapdown Pro, including when Snapdown Pro becomes available, and news about later Wira Delta Indonesia products to your address. The sign-up form states this use before you sign up. The basis is the consent you give when you sign up. We do not share your address with anyone else and do not use it for anything else.

How long it is kept. Your address is stored on our server, and we receive one notification email containing that address for each new sign-up, in a dedicated notification inbox used only for this waitlist. The address is kept until you unsubscribe. Every email we send to this list contains an unsubscribe link; when you use it, your address is deleted from the list on our server and from the sign-up notification emails we received. You can also ask for deletion at any time through hello@wiradelta.com.

Backup copies. So that the list is not lost if the server fails, our server makes a daily backup copy. That copy is kept on our server and as an encrypted backup copy with a separate storage provider, for at most 7 days. An address that has been deleted remains in the backup copies for at most 7 days, then disappears with them. Backup copies are not used to send email, and if a backup copy is restored, deleted addresses are deleted again before the list is used.

3. Web Analytics and Visit Measurement (Google Analytics)

This site may use Google Analytics 4 (a web analytics service provided by Google LLC / Alphabet Inc.) to help us understand how visitors interact with our site as a whole.

• Data collected: Pages viewed, session duration, referring page (referrer), approximate geographic location (city/country level), and the type of browser and device used.
• IP Address Anonymization: Google Analytics 4 automatically anonymizes and masks your IP address before it is stored. We do not match or combine this analytics data with personal data from the contact form.
• Use of Cookies: Google Analytics places small text-based cookies in your browser (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visit sessions.
• How to Opt Out: You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics at any time by setting your browser preferences to refuse cookies, or by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Server Access Logs

This site is served through Cloudflare, our network and hosting provider. Cloudflare processes every request to this site, including your IP address, under its own privacy policy. We keep no record of the pages you open.

Update checks from our applications and waitlist sign-ups (§2) are handled by our own server in Singapore. For those requests, our server records your IP address, the time, the address requested, the response status code, and your browser or application identity (user-agent). These records are used for security, for finding the cause of errors, and for limiting excessive requests from one IP address. We do not use them to identify who you are, and they are deleted automatically no later than 30 days after they are recorded.

5. What Is Stored in Your Browser

The site itself sets no cookies. The site stores two values in your browser, and neither is ever sent to any server:

6. Fonts and Resources From Other Parties

All fonts, images, videos, and scripts used by our pages are served from our own server at wiradelta.com. Opening our pages does not make your browser request anything from Google Fonts or any other third-party server, except Google Analytics if it is installed (§3).

This site links to GitHub, SourceForge, Ko-fi, Trakteer, and other sites. Those links are only links: nothing is loaded from them before you click. Once you open one, that site's own privacy policy applies.

7. What This Site Does Not Have

• No third-party tracking pixels for advertising (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
• No advertising networks or cross-site data exchange.
• No behavioral profiling or automated decision-making.
• No user accounts and no login.

8. Your Rights Over Your Personal Data

Under Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data about you that we hold;
• request that the data be corrected or updated;
• request that the data be deleted, including your email history and your address on the waitlist;
• withdraw consent you have given, including unsubscribing from the waitlist at any time.

Some of the data above is processed outside Indonesia: Cloudflare on its global network, our server in Singapore, and email on the servers of our email delivery service and our email provider. To exercise your rights, email hello@wiradelta.com from the address concerned, so that we can confirm the request really comes from you.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated, for example when the site adds or replaces a service that processes data. The date at the top shows the version currently in effect.
