1. Who Runs This Site

The wiradelta.com site is run by Wira Delta Indonesia ("we"), a systems and software development studio based in Indonesia. Contact: hello@wiradelta.com.

2. Use of the Site

You may read the site, quote parts of its content with attribution, and link to any page on it.

You may not: collect its content in bulk in a way that burdens the server, misuse the contact form, the waitlist, or our email addresses for bulk messaging, attempt to access parts that are not open to the public, or use the content of this site in a way that breaks the law.

3. Ownership of Content

The writing, images, and layout on this site belong to Wira Delta Indonesia, unless stated otherwise.

The name "Wira Delta Indonesia", the short form "Wira Delta", our product names, logo, and wordmark are not licensed to anyone who uses or copies the content of this site. You may use those names to refer to us, for example in reviews, articles, or comparisons. You may not use them as the name of your own product, or in a way that makes people think you are us or are endorsed by us.

Software we publish carries its own license, separate from this page. That license governs your rights to that software, not these terms.

4. The Content of This Site Is Not a Binding Offer

Descriptions of services, ways of working, scope, or timelines on this site are general information. They are not an offer, not a proposal, and not binding.

Scope of work, schedule, and cost are binding only when set out in a proposal or agreement that both parties have agreed to in writing. If the content of this site differs from the content of the agreement, the agreement governs.

Purchases of products, such as Snapdown Pro, are governed by that product's license agreement (EULA) and its purchase page, not by this section.

This site links to third-party repositories, documentation, and services. We do not control their content and do not warrant it. When you open one of those links, you are subject to that party's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Availability

This site can change, move, or stop being available at any time without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and no SLA (service level agreement) attaches to this public page.

7. Limitation of Liability

The content of this site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wira Delta Indonesia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any liability that the law does not allow to be removed or limited.

Governed separately in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not repeat it and do not replace it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the version currently in effect. If you continue to use this site after that date, you are bound by that version.
